SHIPPING and RETURN

🚚SHIPPING POLICY

All LadyKnot products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We hope you love all LadyKnot products you receive, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping unless we ship the incorrect item.

Conditions of returns:

1. All products must be unworn or unused in their original packaging.

2. Please pack the items together with the invoice in the original packaging.

3. We recommend that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service. We do not cover return shipping costs.

4. Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted, we will contact you about the refund being processed.

5. Refund will be processed by the original payment method. We estimate your refunds will be made within 3-10 working days.

To start a return procedure, contact us at kash@ladyknot.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with full return instructions and return address.

Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). All orders placed up to 2 pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days after shipment. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. All our products arrive in elegant, yet eco-friendly packaging, making it the perfect gift.
